Stube Ida

The vigilius mountain resort is located right next to the cable car mountain station. Built by star architect Matteo Thun, the wooden house with modern architecture follows the principles of ecology and simplicity and is the first low-energy A-hotel in Italy. During the day, the cosy and nostalgic “Stube Ida” is open to spoil day-trippers and hotel guests with dishes from the area and a magnificent view of the Dolomites on the large terrace: the dishes on the small menu are honest, down-to-earth and delicious, which are complemented by daily specials. The cable car ascends again to the Vigiljoch in the evening for Restaurant 1500’s evening guests. Only reservable with advance booking and subject to availability.
