Restaurant Seespitz

On one side, dark forests that surround an almost black, mystical lake and on the other, opening alpine meadows: Restaurant Seespitz is located in one of the most beautiful spots of the Vigiljoch. Since 1942, the Platter family has been lovingly serving homemade food and drinks made from regional ingredients and from their own garden: dumplings, seasonal dishes of the day and traditional specialities as well as juices and syrups. The restaurant is also famous for its homemade cakes and apple strudel. Hikers, bikers and families meet on the sun terrace with a view of the Schwarze Lacke nature biotope. The latter also appreciate the restaurant for its pram-friendly paths and playground.
